  • How can I place my order?

    There are several ways you can order from our site:

    1. You can place your order via our online ordering system using your credit card
    2. You can send a detailed description of the good to orders@tippietoes.net.au and pay via direct deposit or cheque. Please note items will not be sent out until funds have cleared.
    3. You can place an order by phone if you are more comfortable talking to someone first. You can call 0422 704 661 and we will discuss your order and payment options.

     

  • How safe is it to order online?

    Our online shopping cart is running an eComm secure server and is protected by a SSL 128 bit security certificate, and details are scrambled-everything about you remains confidential.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50 to anywhere in Australia. We use Australia Post for all freight within Australia.

    When will my order arrive?

    We will endevour to ship your good out to you within 24 hours of payment being received. Please allow 1-3 business days for the arrival of your goods.

     

  • Can I order from overseas?

    YES! We would love to hear from overseas customers. Please contact us at info@tippietoes.net.au to discuss your purchase and freight options.

  • Do you do made to order?

    If you see something you may like in a different size or fabric please contact us at info@tippietoes.net.au to discuss your design and we will see if we can meet your needs. We are always striving for 100% customer satisfaction so will always try to accommodate your wishes.

  • Can you put together gift packages?

    YES! We would love to put a package together for you for any occasion and budget. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • Can I exchange or refund if I am not happy with the product for any reason?

    At TippieToes we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.

    Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

     

  • What if the item I want is out of stock?

    From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in-stock will be dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense.

    Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.

    Due to the nature of the website there will also be one off and limited edition ranges so unfortunately once sold out these items will no longer be available so get in quick!
